Eligibility for Return Request

Customers can request a return or refund within 5 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective.
  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Product has missing parts or accessories.
  • Product is significantly different from the description provided on our website.

Mandatory Requirements for Return Approval

To process a return or refund request, customers must provide:

1. Unboxing Video

A clear and uninterrupted opening video showing:

  • The sealed package before opening.
  • The shipping label visible on the parcel.
  • The complete unboxing process.
  • The issue or defect clearly visible in the video.

2. Reason for Return

Customers must clearly explain:

  • The reason for the return request.
  • Supporting images or videos wherever applicable.

Note: Return or refund requests submitted without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.


Refund Process

Once the return request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after approval.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, customers may be asked to provide valid bank account details for refund processing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following may not be eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Requests raised after the return window has expired.
  • Returns without adequate proof of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery.
